I wanted to thank Jim Kuhn for working with me in purchasing my new vehicle. Our first encounter with him was in 2007 when we bought a mustang and we sent a friend to him who also bought a mustang. We returned to Jim last week to trade in my mustang for a more family friendly vehicle to fit our new addition! Thanks to Jim for making my car buying experience a pleasant one!

I have purchased and interacted with numerous dealerships and auto sales professionals during the course of my lifetime. As a dad, now attempting to assist in the purchase of vehicles for my children, I have found the interact with your internet sales department a pleasure. The sales person that addressed our needs so very professional, empathic and patient.
My situation probably was somewhat different in that I was serving as the eyes for my daughter, Amber Lewis, who was attempting to purchase a vehicle via the internet as she was approximately 8 hours away. Making a 60 month loan committment on a vehicle she has never seen nor driven can definitely make one anxious/uneasy. The way I have been treated, as the eyes for her, and the professionalism shown by the Carlos Calzada, Patrick Lilavois and the owner has certainly increased her comfort level.
Amber did purchase a 2008 Mazda CX7 and the dealership is delivering the new vehicle to her and acquiring her trade-in. Based on how prior activity has transpired, we now anticipate the pending items of 1) cleanup of the interior seats/seat belts/trim/headliner 2) exterior cleanup 3) tightening of the driver's side sunvisor 4) new floor mats being installed 5) touch-up paint being received via mail 6) $10 gas card being provided 7) delivery of the vehicle with 2 keys and the necessary paperwork and 8) conclusion of this entire transaction will occur smoothly.
As a father and the eyes for my daugther, I just felt compelled to list the above pending items for all of our benefit. At this point of the vehicle purchase transaction, my family will certainly pursue any additional vehicle acquisitions via the internet and will give Gary Yeomans the opportunity to address our needs.

We want to thank you and Paul Thiel for wonderful service today. We had stopped at another Ford Service Department and did not return due to the lack of respect for me when I told the service department I thought the problem was a vacuum leak. When we arrived at Gary Yeoman's we were treated with respect, honesty and the repair was completed before the estimate. We were very impressed and thankful for such a professional visit. It is refreshing especially since we are traveling from Maine.
