I drove into Gary Yeomans Ford on Saturday afternoon, August the 8th. I had already been checking their website so I pretty much knew what car I wanted. Unfortunately it was blocked by another car. Even though it was raining pretty hard, Brody Marshall ran out to see which car needed to be moved and which one I wanted to test drive. He came back and got both sets of keys. Then he headed back out into the rain. He brought the Mustang to a covered area and allowed me to go on a test drive. While we were gone, they did an appraisal on my trade in. After some tough negotiations, we both agreed on an OTD price. I had told Brody that we were on our way to dinner and hadn’t had lunch so he made it quick and easy. After signing some paperwork, Brody sent my new Mustang to detailing. I cleaned out my trade in. It wasn’t long before Brody said that F & I was ready for me. Working with Nello Frank in F & I was as smooth as silk. He didn’t try to pressure me into buying products I didn’t need. I live about 405 miles away from Daytona. Driving home the next day was a great road trip. I got 33.5 miles to gallon and several compliments from people when I stopped for gas. I highly recommend stopping at Gary Yeomans the next time you’re in the market for a new car. Please ask for Brody Marshall. He and the whole team there are 1st Class. And they’ll give you a $2.00 bill!

This was the 7th vehicle I’ve purchased in my life. It was the best experience I’ve had purchasing a new truck. Like most people I don’t enjoy the process. I probably kept my last truck longer than I normally would avoiding it. Let me tell you I spent less than 30 minutes at the dealership. Bryan, Brandon, and Jane made it so easy. I said great! Two days later the serviceman showed up on time and fixed the problem. No hassle - no charge.

Had a great experience! Our salesman, Patrick, was awesome, very straight-up and cool! They negotiated very fairly (used vehicle purchase). After purchase I was reached out to multiple times to make sure everything was good and to ask if I had any questions about my vehicle. While we were doing paperwork, my trade in and my new car were pulled around by the exit for me to switch everything into my new car and it was gassed up and sparkling ready for me! 10/10!

This past weekend my wife and I purchased a new Mustang from Gary Yeomans Ford. I have purchased a number of new vehicles in the past and in most instances, there are always issues to be resolved. I am writing this review because it is noteworthy of the pleasurable purchase experience we had. My sales team was Bryan Manderville, JP Labrousse and Luis Pena. This team works well together focused on the customer experience. They try heir best to insure they satisfy their customers. The team was knowledgeable, patient and detailed. Explained all of our options for each car we looked at. Bryan and JP were professional and easy to work with. Luis was our finance expert and was second to none. No games or last minute tactics. He was patient and explained every detail in our contract. This team is a credit to their profession and certainly an asset to their company.

I recently bought a 2026 Maverick XLT at Gary Yeomans Ford and was more than satisfied with the whole purchase experience. My salesman, Antwane Gandy, and his sales manager Tristan, went the extra mile to make sure I had the vehicle I wanted at a price point that I wanted. The Gary Yeomans accessory department was also was also very good. The accessory department installed a spray in bed liner as promised that it looks great. The only hiccup in the entire process was with the shuttle service the day I dropped off the truck for the bed liner installation. The shuttle service was really overwhelmed that day. I called my salesman, Antwane, and he personally drove me to work. I really was not expecting that response from a salesperson after a sale was complete. Great job Antwane and Great job Gary Yeomans for having a truly dedicated sales staff.

Nina is wonderful! I needed my transmission fluid changed in my 2014 Ford Escape that I bought from Gay Yeomans in June. The technician also diagnosed an issue with my brakes and fixed it. I have to have my left front CV axle replaced I was also informed. I had the lower transmission mount replaced a week earlier. I wasn't expecting such an onslaught of repairs a month after purchasing but hey ownership comes with a price. I recommend Gary Yeomans they are the #1 Blue Advantage dealership in the nation. My service advisor Charlotte Johnson was very friendly and profesional, but unfortunately I had bad experience with Chuck one of the mechanic he doesn't know how treat a woman, he was so rude plus he wants to charge me more, when I asked him to print the estimate, He said no to me , if you want write in a piece of paper, even though I have the right to recieve a print estimate, I feel like he wants to ripped me off, but what he didn't know that I spoke before to Charlotte on the phone and she told me about the problem with my car and how it cost. I spoke he one of the manager my experience with this Chuck, I hope Ford service improves and educates employees on how to treat a woman.
