Amazing service. I am relocating to Florida from the UK, Nelson arranged the purchase remotely while I was in UK. Landed, got an Uber to Gary Yeoman, was fed breakfast in the cafe while paperwork was done, collected a Bronco with a full tank of fuel and drove away. Couldn’t have been better looked after. We purchased our car on Saturday from CJ and Travis and they were above and beyond great. That’s why I put 5 stars. They knew what we were looking for and wanted. They weren’t pushy and they were honest and patient. Finance & Manger part on the other hand I was not happy with, the way he put the paper on the desk and walked away with a comment, & she said a comment that was not needed because we didn’t talk about price of car at all and she said a comment that didn’t sit well with me, and almost made me rethink about purchasing the car from them right then and there. I can say that will probably be the last time I buy a car from them unfortunately.

Went in to look at a truck and met with Antwan and Dorian, my sales team. They were awesome to work with and made the experience a joy. Allison who did the closing paperwork was also wonderful and so efficient. Great experience!!!!

I was apprehensive about taking my truck to the dealership for service because I thought it would be pricey, but I just bought it used and I wanted some continuity. I also wanted to get a printout of the service history. I was pleasantly surprised, the process and the service was exeptional.

They did an amazing job in helping me get into a car.

I had the service department due a pre-purchase inspection for me on a used Ford truck. They were really efficient and did a nice job looking over the truck and giving me feedback on potential issues. I was pleasantly surprised with how well things went with the dealership.

I haven’t been on a car lot in years but Mike Hanna was kind, courteous and very patient. After I got over sticker shock Mike took me around the entire lot allowing me to look at several different models of vehicles. I finally narrowed it down to a F 150 and found the right one it was smooth sailing. The price was what I can deal with Nello closed the deal and I was out the door.

Everton in service was great. Had my truck for a month but I got a vehicle to drive while they went through the process. I did give him a list of things. Overall great experience.

I own a 2020 F150 Raptor that I bought used with 67k miles. At 92k it developed the cam phaser death rattle. I contacted Gary Yeomans Ford service department explaining what was going on. I took a short video of the rattle at startup and made an appointment with Nina my service advisor. I dropped my truck off with the agreement that it may take 1 to 2 weeks. I had a loaner and off I went. Also, while it was at the dealer and it was so close to the 100K maintenance interval I had them change the plugs, the belts and the coil boots. A week and a half later, I was called that the repairs were complete and I went and picked up my truck.. Just like new. Also, for those reading this far, I purchased the ESP also known as the extended service plan. I purchased it with my vehicle with the knowledge that I may have to use it for this exact scenario.. So in preparation, everything worked out. I love my Raptor and I would buy another one without hesitation. Everything mechanical on this planet is going to fail at some point what matters is how the repairs and the service you receive are handled. Gary Yeomans did a great job and as someone famous once said, “I’ll be back”.
