I have had several interactions with Chris the mobile service technician with Gary Yeomans Ford. Every single appointment has been on time and work completed quickly. By offering this service option Gary Yeomans has solved the major problem experienced at most every other dealership. You bring the vehicle in in the morning and you sit there for hours awaiting your turn to be called to the window to pay for the service. It is a great business model.

I WAS OUT OF TOWN FOR WORK AND EXPERIENCED DAMAGE TO MY SUNROOF DURING A STORM EVENT. I went to three or four car dealerships looking for a F250 6.7L Power Stroke Diesel with 3.55 or 3.73 Axles. Years 2023-25. As I was approached by different sales representatives on other dealership lots being anxious to make a sale. They had no idea of what I was talking about when I asked them what gears the truck nor could they find out but was consistent on telling me everything else about the truck and the mileage and what they had in stock or could get. As a car mechanic and knowledgeable of vehicles I was not surprised of how unknowable you have be to work at dealerships and not know JACK!!!! about what you’re trying to sale but get the sale at any cost. Needless to say they tried tell that what I was looking for in that particular trim they couldn’t find but they could sale me something close to that. At one dealership they sent three different salesman to talk to me about what I was looking for. One tried to tell me what he had was no different than what I was looking for gear wise . A 3.31 standard axle was better than the 3.55. The conversation end there. I accessed Gary Yeomans website and find three trucks match what I was looking for. But they was at one of there other stores in Tennessee. The salesman Connor Dean ask me to drive down and talk to him and he would see if he could find one closer but we’ll leave the three in Tennessee as alternatives. When I met Mr. Dean there he got my information of what I wanted and assured me that he will find the perfect truck for me. He stay true to his word and the next day he sent me a link to. BRAND NEW 2026 F250 6.7L power stroke Tremor. He tried to keep it close to the color of my f150 which is Stone Gray. The Marsh Gray was almost a perfect match. I didn’t need all the bells and whistles the upper trims had but a truck with the gears I wanted as a daily driver and to pull our ( then 5,000 plus pound) travel trailer when we travel. And when we upgraded to a heavier travel trailer. We would not have to get another truck. I didn’t come looking for a BRAND NEW 2026 with 80.5 miles on it. I couldn’t beat the price for what a Tremor was and 2026 is the last year you will be able to get a 6.7L Power Stroke in a F250. So all and all I thank everyone at Gary Yeomans in Daytona Beach for going the extra mile to Ocala Florida 40 miles there and back to bring home this magnificent truck and last year trim XLT TREMOR 6.7L Power Stroke. Wife and I will have fun driving and pulling our home away from home for many years and trip to come👍🏽👌🏽

The Service team sent a technician to my home with a mobile service Van and preformed the update to my tucks computer in my drive way. The Technician was prompt and did the job very quickly and there was no hassle. Great experience!

Best dealership experience even from the other side of the state. My salesman Kaeden Gill was on top of my sale even on his days off sending videos of himself, my new truck and handling my sale from start to finish even drove my new truck across the state to me and picked up my trade where I got to meet him in person. The attention to detail from this dealership was incredible! After driving it over he even topped off the gas tank at my local gas station to make sure it was full. Excellent Customer Service ! 5 Big Stars! The Finance Manager Allison Ault is in the top 3 best I have come across in the state of Florida and since I have financed 27 new vehicles of various makes in the last 13 years I have the experience to make that statement. Most dealerships I have experienced shopping for this truck didn’t seem to want to go the extra mile to get the deal done but not Allison Ault she had an I will get it done type of attitude. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a new vehicle. We live an hour and a half away but it was well worth the trip. They had the exact vehicle we were looking for and agreed on a price that worked for us. Kaeden our salesperson was very helpful and we had the deal worked out over the phone and he had all the paperwork ready for us when we arrived the next morning. The delivery process went smoothly and quickly when we arrived. From arrival to leaving in our new car took under 1 1/2 hours.
