I usually don’t leave reviews, but I wanted to say how happy I was with Travis and Antwaun as sales reps. We went in looking to test drive 2 specific used cars. Travis was patient with us while we had our 10 month baby with us, and let us test drive as much as we needed to feel comfortable and allowed us to make the best decision for our family. Antwaun was very thorough and transparent about the costs, and also didn’t make us feel rushed to make a decision. I’m super thankful for them both! 10/10 experience.

Sorry my review is disappointing you had my car for almost two weeks 😒 For repairs on brakes, fixing front window sticking my door sticking. Which still sticks. My driver window still drags they broke my controll button to front passenger window it goes not down. Switch broken now. My front break shed over my wheels. Rear brakes seem to have been replaced. 🙏 so disappointed again 3 rd time in

This was One of the first times that I came in for my oil change, Since getting the vehicle, and tires were actually rotated and other services!! Everything was done in a timely manner and this time when they asked if I wanted my free car wash, I actually received it🤣🤣 🥴 also, tires WERE rotated this time without having to Say anything about marking my tires, sadly enough. SO overall, good experience this time! THANK you!

Unfortunately had to have a transmission replaced in my 2019 F150. My service advisor Vince was amazed. He contacted every step of the way so there was no surprises when completed. Vince and Gary Yeomans ford definitely have all of my future business.

If i could give 10 stars I would. Shane was prompt, polite, customer service orientated , respectful of vehicle, and safety conscious. He ensured that all the paperwork and keys were delivered as well.

I didnt buy, but the salesman, Oscar and the sales manager, Tristan, were respectful of my decision. They obviously wanted to make a sale but didn't push me to do anything I would have been uncomfortable paying for. They respected my hypothetical budget and worked hard to show me options for the future. I will be buying from them when the time is right.

This is my second time buying a car, the first time was from a different place, I had no warranties, wasn't offered gap insurance, and felt rushed. My experience with Fernanda was a great one she worked with me and my husband to find us the perfect car in our price range, and this car is perfect for our family and right within our price range. The man I believe his name was Tony who helped us with our paperwork was great also he worked quickly and efficiently to make sure we understood everything.

Got me in quick and diagnosed a faulty, leaking battery and replaced with a New battery. Mullinax Ford in New Smyrna said it was “ Electrolysis” and couldn’t be bothered checking it. I’m very happy with Gary Yeoman’s service and will be back when it’s time to purchase new company trucks!

He was patient and knowledgeable and provided a great customer experience. He looks serious in the picture I included with my review but he was so laid back and funny which made my daughter feel so comfortable with her first big girl purchase.

I visited Ford off of Tomoka farms road. Alicia Carr took care of me in the Quick Lane. I got an oil change ( only took an hour) and was a very decent price. Unfortunately for me, my car battery died in the quick lane. They tried jumping it many times, and instead of giving up, Alicia grabbed another portable jumper and got me started up. Always a good experience. All concerns are always addressed. Service departments are busy and the heart of a good dealership. The service department and quick lane service drive are top notch at Gary Yeomans Ford. Yes, it can be expensive………However, you get what you pay for. I’d rather pay a premium for excellent service at Gary Yeomans Service then take my chance at some cheap - po-dunk - 10 min or less oil change, kick your tires, maybe clean your wipers with rubbing alcohol and charge you for new wipers, or try to sell you head light fluid if ...
